Airline Passenger Gets Finger Stuck In Bathroom Stall

Traveling on an airplane can be stressful for anyone, but for one passenger on an international Cathay Pacific flight, it was an unusually uncomfortable.

South China Morning Post reports that a 32-year-old man, identified only as Daniel, was fourteen hours into his fifteen hour flight from Newark to Hong Kong when he got himself trapped in the bathroom. Apparently he was throwing something into the garbage when his middle finger got stuck in the trash bin. He called flight attendants for help, but they were unable to help him.

Daniel was forced to endure the remainder of the trip, including the descent and landing, standing upright in the tiny airplane stall.

Police and firefighters were called to the scene, but the passenger managed to free his hand and walk off the plane. His finger was unharmed.
